Five hundred miles

This music is from when I was doing market research. What can I say about spending the weekend knocking on every 5th door and asking to speak to the person who had the next birthday? I needed the money and it taught me that if  I could put up with whatever reaction I might get at the next door, I could put up with anything. Now when I am being abused by a 14 year old or a hostile parent,  the manta "I would walk 500 miles.." drowns them out.

    :D Jejejejejejejejejeje. I think that song was on a music compilation video that we had in Malaysia in 93. Other songs included Duran Duran's "Come Undone", Janet Jackson's "That's the way love goes" and UB40's "I can't help falling in love with you".

    Also, Mariah Carey's "Fantasy" and Pet Shop Boy's "Go West".

    That compilation video has a deep little groove in my heart.
